Pretenders
– “No me malinterpretes”. TRANSLATION
No
me malinterpretes,

SONGFACTS
ResponderEliminarDon't Get Me Wrong" is a song released by the pop-rock group The Pretenders. It was the first single taken from the group's 1986 album, Get Close. It can also be found on the band's The Singles album, released in 1987.
Written by Pretenders lead singer Chrissy Hynde, this song describes the complexities of love from a female perspective - she's inconsistent, but wonderful, and wants her lover to know that he shouldn't get too worked up, because she could change quickly. Hynde put a lot of weather references in the lyrics, implying that her mood reacts in a similar fashion. This was the last big US hit for The Pretenders.
